With our monthly plans, you'll have the ability to request an unlimited amount of tasks depending on what you need. While we only work on one task at a time, you're free to load us up as much as you'd like to assure that we'll always be busy.
Our Graphic + Web monthly plan consists of just that. This plan pertains to any static element that includes graphic and web design, as well as development through either Webflow or Framer. From print design for your product to full website design and maintenance, plus much more, the list is frankly too long to type here. To create a new task, you will be prompted to fill out a short questionnaire that helps us understand the goal and requirements necessary to deliver properly. This is where you'll be able to add information about your needs and the guidelines that we have to stay within, as well as provide references or inspiration that can influence the end-product that we create. If we have any questions regarding your task, a team member will reach out to you before we start working to assure that we're all on the same page.
Once an item is added to your request log, our team will review it and begin working on your design task. Once a task is ready to be delivered (typically 48-72 hours on average), you will receive an email notification to approve or deny the deliverables through our online dashboard. If your design needs more work, it will be automatically added back to our work log to be turned around as quickly as possible. NOTE: Our dashboard allows you to submit comments and feedback if any changes need to be made.
After a task has been approved, all files will be delivered through an email link and automatically added to our "Finished" log and your next task in queue will begin.
To initiate a monthly subscription, use the button on this page to set up recurring payments through our Stripe account. This payment will automate a form for you to fill out, giving us pertinent information for next steps and schedule an onboarding call with us to discuss your needs. Once you have scheduled your onboarding call, you will be sent a link to setup an account with us where you will be able to add, edit and review your task log. Once your account is set up, your initial payment will be locked as our team will begin reviewing your tasks and implementing services based on your requests.
