Our basic checklist above outlines the standard deliverables that we offer, but have been known to build far beyond that list based on product and market. We require all singular projects to submit a task survey that outlines everything that you feel you need. In this survey, you will schedule a call with us to discuss it all with us, which will help us in the quoting process.
Once a quote is determined, you will receive an initial invoice and project contract that will solidify the project. Once both the invoice and contract are paid and signed, we will move to the design process. Depending on your needs, this process can take time, so we ask for your patience as we build the perfect fit for your brand.
Phase 1: Concept
In the concept phase, we build two contrasting brand sets for you to choose from. This will include various logos, colors, typefaces, and supporting assets for your brand. Once these two concepts are completed, we will schedule a call with your team to review the designs and discuss any further changes/additions to anything we've created to this point.
Phase 2: Completion
In the completion phase, we take your feedback and expand on it in ways that most wouldn't expect. This is where we define the guidelines and rules for your brand, create supporting materials for it to be a working system, and anything else that we see fit. Once it's all said and done, your files will be ready for delivery phase.
NOTE: The first two phases of this project will each get a round of revisions. Any further revisions will require an additional cost at $100/hr and requires additional invoicing.
Once we have your brand packaged up, we will schedule a final call with your team to review what has been created. This is where we will go over the guidelines that have been set and the different assets that we've created. Once this review is done and the remaining %50 of the invoice has been paid, your assets will be delivered through a well-organized folder linked to our asset server.
To initiate a project, we require %50 payment of your quote up front as well as a signed contract that will be delivered by email with the invoice. We do not charge the remaining %50 of the invoice until you have approved all deliverables that were agreed upon in the provided contract.
If further requests are made throughout the course of the project, an additional quote will be made that will also require a %50 payment up front in order to include in the project. The remaining %50 of this additional invoice will be included in the revised invoice for project completion.
